Pitch Whipped is operated by Content Slayr Limited, New Zealand. This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website, contact us or use Pitch Whipped.
Information we handle
- Account information: your email, verified identity and product account identifiers, sign-in and connection information, and trial or subscription status.
- Creative work: briefs, research, references, selections, creative drafts, images and presentation material you ask Pitch Whipped to process or save. This can include personal information about you or others.
- Billing information: payment and subscription references, billing status and allowance usage. Stripe collects payment details through its hosted payment pages; do not send us card details in a chat or support email.
- Service information: technical request information such as IP address and browser information, security records, errors, timings and usage counts, plus messages you send to support.
We receive information directly from you and from the host you connect, our identity and payment providers, and Google when you connect your account. Only provide material you are entitled to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unrelated sensitive personal information in creative briefs.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify access, run and resume creative workflows, store your work, deliver requested images and presentations, administer subscriptions and allowances, prevent abuse, resolve support requests and meet legal obligations. Without the information needed for a particular feature, we may be unable to provide it.
Connected services and providers
- ChatGPT or Claude: your chosen host processes the conversation and receives the tool results needed to continue your work. Its privacy terms and your account settings also apply. Disconnecting Pitch Whipped does not erase the host's conversation history.
- Cloudflare: hosts the MCP service, creative records, private assets, security and service infrastructure. Vercel hosts the account application. Outseta supports account identity. These services process information needed for those roles.
- OpenAI's image API: when you explicitly use Pitch Whipped managed generation, the relevant image prompt is sent to the image provider. ChatGPT's own image generation instead takes place under your host account; Pitch Whipped downloads the resulting image when you register it for your workflow.
- Google: if you connect Google, we process your Google identity and an encrypted authorization credential to create and validate requested Slides files. We request access to files created or specifically opened with Pitch Whipped, using Google's
drive.filepermission, rather than unrestricted Drive access. Presentation content and required images are transferred to Google for delivery. - Stripe: processes payments and provides the subscription information needed to administer your Pitch Whipped plan.
Providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. This service does not promise storage in a particular country. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to address fraud, security or legal claims.
Google data use
We use Google account and presentation information to connect your account and deliver, validate and recover the presentations you request. Private recovery copies can include presentation text, notes and file identifiers. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Human access to Google user data is limited to your affirmative consent for specific material, necessary security investigation, legal requirements, or the limited aggregated internal operations allowed by Google's policy. Pitch Whipped's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Saved creative work and assets are kept in product-specific storage with account and user access controls. Creative revisions are retained to support resuming work and reliable delivery. Application performance records are designed to contain measurements and diagnostic categories, rather than prompts or creative content.
Customer content has a 90-day grace period after trial expiry or cancellation takes effect. After that period it becomes eligible for reviewed deletion; deletion is not an automatic promise at the exact 90-day mark. Legal holds and obligations may require some information to be kept longer. Financial and security records, provider-held records and backup copies can have different retention requirements.
Files delivered into your Google Drive remain under your control. Disconnecting Google or deleting Pitch Whipped data does not itself delete those files or copies held in ChatGPT or Claude.
Cookies and website use
The public pages do not need advertising cookies. Hosting and security services process technical information to deliver and protect the site. Account and sign-in services use session and security technologies when you use them. Following a link to another service brings that service's privacy practices into scope.
Your choices and requests
You can request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about our handling of it, or request account/content deletion through support. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the affected account before acting. Tell us if you also want to cancel a subscription; deletion and cancellation are separate requests.
You can disconnect Pitch Whipped in your host's settings and revoke its Google connection through your Google account connections. To raise a privacy concern, contact us first. You can also contact the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
